I have dealt with a few labs. Usually they are faster than clinics. And this one was also fast. But I loved their WhatsApp support. very impressive.

I wanted them same day and they said I need to pay the jump the queue fee of £50. For me thats not fair. I know they have the best prices and I should not complain. But it annoyed me that I have to pay. Everything should be free in my opinion.
